I’m going to tell you a story of how bad Habits almost ruined me & How Switching them for good habits made me better…
“How Bad Habits Almost Sent Me to My Village & What I Did to Become Better”
Before I finished school, I knew I didn’t want to work for anyone…I wanted to “Be My Own Boss” So I bought all sorts of Trainings, ebooks, attended seminars etc, you name it.
I KNEW a lot of things about starting an online business.
But YET I was a “Broke Guru” knew it all but had no money.
“I Never Had a Solid Stream of Income Despite My Knowledge”
I Was always Doubting everything I wanted to try, I was so afraid it would fail..

It was not until when I was done with school and my parents stopped giving me any pocket money at all, sense hit me like a hammer.
I was STILL so broke I would do anything just to get income.
Thanks to The Good Mentors I had.
They Talked sense into me and I Became BOLD.
I Figured If I Don’t become bold, NOTHING will change, nothing will happen
So I Ventured into E-Commerce with full force.

We all have that “Voice of Fear” in us, but if we just do it anyway.
We ended up becoming victorious.
The first time I spent a HUGE sum on Ads in a day..I was so scared.
But what I got in return made it worth it..
I made N2 Million In a week selling a simple “Hair Serum”
I was happy, I was Elated and I was bolder to even spend more.

The fact is everyone, both Rich & The Poor all have that element of fear in them, but it’s those who take that leap of faith despite their fears that end up victorious.

There are So Many “Demonic” Bad Habits That Drag Us Back From Succeeded, Some of Them Are Listed below…
Read about them, take note of the one you KNOW is holding you back and Take my suggestion on getting rid of them in the next 90 days.
- Laziness: So many people are on this table. For heaven’s sake. Laziness is a terribly bad habit.
If you are constantly lazy you can’t achieve anything because you haven’t even started yet.
Laziness is the inability to PUSH yourself, it’s the inability to do what matters and carry out actions necessary for your success as a person.
- Fear & Self Doubt: Dear friend, do you think you learned how to work by just waking up one day and started walking?
You crawled as a baby.
Attempted and failed severally, happily as a kid. Then you started walking.
What’s my point?
My point is don’t be so scared to start anything. Just do it. No one became an expert in a day.
Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly at first, then you improvise as time goes on.
God created YOU for a purpose, if you doubt your abilities who will believe in YOU?
- Procrastination: This one should even be no. 1 because this is a slow killer. Not taking immediate action on things that will transform your life.
Postponing it till tomorrow, when tomorrow never really ends. In fact this is the OLDEST bad habit in the world and many potential treatments are in the grave because of this bad habit.
Don’t wait. Just Do It.
- Not Having a TO DO List Before Starting Your Day: This simple thing looks small but trust me, it’s the first thing you NEED to do before carrying out any task in a day or else you will just go “Anywhere Belle Face” and waste your day on frivolities.
- Other Bad Habits: There are so many bad habits that can pass a “Supplementary List” such as lack of willpower, bad money habits, bad personal habit hygiene habits, bad work ethics etc.

Ever looked at a Rich man’s house or car and wondered, how did it do it?
Is it not the same one head I have that he has?
Trust me. The secret is very simple…
They have habits “Wealth Attracting ” habits that give them LEVERAGE & make their days Far more profitable than so many folks.
E.G: The Rich have developed the habit of having a well planned To-Do List for the day & carry out the most important task of the day.
Unfortunately, such habits lead nowhere.
For You to be wealthy, You Have to Think & Act and DO like wealthy people.
To be wealthy is not about the present money in the bank, but rather about the strong forces of habits you possess and deploy daily.
“Time magnifies the margin between success and failure. It will multiply whatever you feed it. Good habits make time your ally. Bad habits make time your enemy…”
Bad Habits are like the ropes of a sea Anchor.
Hard to break!
That is why a smoker finds it hard to break free from his habit.
That’s why people are so much addicted to social media, the first thing they pick when they wake up is their phone.
“They are Zombies To The Fads!”
Let’s be honest, no matter how good a person is, we all have bad habits that we find hard to break away from.
But I Want to Make You a Promise…
I don’t know what bad habit you are battling with.
I dare you to pick just 3 of them and break 3 of them in the next 90 days.
You will be amazed as to how your life is going to change!
I know you are like..
Why 90 Days?
According to Self development experts, it takes 30 days of consistent repetition to break a bad habit and form a new one.
So if you want to change the habit of procrastination, all you need to do is to start today, you’ll stop postponing things you say you will do in a day to the next day for the next 30 days.
You will probably continue doing it after 30 days.
That’s what the expert says.
However, personally I noticed that crashing a bad habit and forming a new one is as hard as a rock.
But what I learnt from a man called Eben Pegan is to Set a 90 Days Reorientation program for yourself and change at least 1 habit a month!
That’s how I Came up with the idea of “90 days to a better you”.
“Is 90 Days Not Too Small For Me to Change?
See, if you are not angry at your present situation I am angry at it for you.
I’m sure there is a level of achievement you have always wished you have for the past 5 years which you have not attained.
There is a level of success you crave for years you have not attained.
There is a level of freedom you have always wanted to get, but something in you keeps dragging you back.
Now let me ask you…
“Is 90 days Too Small to Regain Your Lost Glory?”
So be Angry and Do the sucking thing that will give you a good “Wealth Attracting” Habit.
Or 90 days will pass and you won’t have a good habit, you won’t have a swell account.
You might still be stagnant, and I don’t want that for you.
So How Can You Have A Better Habit in the Next 90 Days?
Regardless of what bad habit you want to change, the moment you push through the first 30 days.
You are more likely to breeze through the remaining 60 days.
Here are some ideas that will help you become a better person in 90 days from now…
- Just accept the fact that it’s impossible to change 10 bad habits at the same time. Start with dealing with at least 2 bad habits a month and introduce a good one into your life.
- Vow right here, right now to get started immediately to follow through for the next 30 days.
- Get an Accountability Partner that is Raw and Honest With You to the core so will force you to push through to the very end. Without an accountability partner, your bad habit will stick to you like a parasite so you need someone else to Drag your leash when you want to “Back Slide” into your bad habits.
- Use Technology Effectively: You see we can IGNORE the power of Technology in our lives. It’s just that many of us have been so carried away by it’s a wonder that we have been “hypnotized” rather than channelling its power to become a better human. On your new journey to become a better person, you will need to Use simple technology like the Alam, To-Do list app etc to ensure you crush your bad habits and install a new habit in you.
- Fix a Specific Time to Do The Most Important Things Every Day:
This is very very important when you KNOW certain skills and values into your life.
For example, one skill I NOTICED that if I constantly developed it could make me better is the ability to write well.
I made up my mind to write between 6:00 am to 7:00.
What do I write?
I re-write works of great thought leaders, great marketers or just about anything, because I noticed that the more I write the better I become.
Sometimes I just pick up a topic and just write because it develops my “writing” muscles.

What’s a Morning Routine?
This is the set of things you do in the morning before the hustle and bustle of the world kick off.
This is how The Wealthy people of the world Conquer the world before the “World” wakes up.
In fact, this is a strong habit to build on it’ own as the mastery of this can bring you up for a productive day.
Allow me to ask you a question…
Ever noticed you waste the time wandering in the morning?
It’s typical of the average person, but it’s a taboo for wealthy people to wonder about in the morning because the world is still asleep in the morning!
So you NEED to use the mornings to get a head start!
How you spend the FIRST 2 hours after you wake up will determine how productive the rest of your day will be.
Here’s an example of my morning ritual
-Sleep By 10:30 am
-Wake Up By 3:300 am
-I Meditate, Stretch-3:30 am to 4:00 am
-Work Out For 30 mins while listening to Motivational Audio From youtube 4:00-4:30
-Resite My Goal for the month, the Quarter, the year and the next 5 years 4:30- 5:00am
-Go through My To Do List (written the night before)
– Pray to God
-Read a Book
-Then Write Something (6:30-7:30)
My morning rituals take about 3 hours.
Yours don’t need to, with just 2 hours you are good to go.
After that I can now take my bath and get ready for the day.
You too can form your morning rituals.
Look at your work life, notice what you need to be good at and plug it into your morning rituals.
Don’t be like the maturity of the average people who just rush out to work without planning their day. Without observing a morning ritual.
See, for you to read this article this far it means your subconscious CRAVES a better life for you and another to get that, you need to change your habits.
You need to dump those bad habits and install a good habit in you.
Don’t be like the 80% of the people who will read this article and not take action.
They will come across it again in the next 90 days and vow to follow through but still they go back to their wide goose chase.
Truth me, applying the knowledge you learn from this post is the BEST give you can give yourself this year.
At the end of the year, you shall be glad you followed through because you will build a solid business and make so much money along the line.
So don’t joke with it, or you’ll keep running in circles. There is no magic bullet somewhere, there are only guides, blueprints and training.
